Problem Statement of the customer: Mr.Dharmendra wants the fence to be done on land which was the part of society which he needs as demarcation,which is located in Dwarka near Mcd park,Delhi.
How he approached us: They enquired about the fencing materials on INDIAMART, we contacted them and shared the company profile and catalog and even some images of projects that we have done all over India. After seeing the project images, they decided to go with full installation. We gave two options: Barbed wire and Chain Link fence, which we gave 3.5 x 3.5 inches gap size with 3mm thickness. They want to go with the cheapest option, so we suggested barbed wire with 5 lines, which is the best solution for demarcation.
They agreed and want to proceed further, so we have given the final quotation to them. They shared the quotation with the society member who was the decision maker, but before starting the fence work they wanted some other work that to be done on that land so they were planning after 2 months to do fencing. Continuous follow-ups make them happy and we cleared all their doubts about the payment terms and how the work will go smoothly.
They were ok with all our services and after two months they decided to work done and paid advanced payment. After the payment received we made one WhatsApp group in which our Material Delivery Dispatch team, Management team, operation, and Customer were added.
All information about the material, labor, and site engineer was given to the group, and in 3 days installation was done.
