Problem Statement of the customer: Redwoods English School Principal Mr. Anil Das wants to give the security to school boundary wall so that no one can enter the premises and also the boundary line has arrived for the property.
How he approached us: They enquired about the fencing materials on INDIAMART, we contacted them and shared the company profile and catalog and even some images of the project that we have done all over India. After seeing the images of the project they have decided to go with full installation. We gave two options Barbed wire and Chain Link fence in which we gave 3.5 x 3.5 inches gap size with 3mm thickness.
They choose a chainlink mesh option. They agreed and want to proceed further, so we have given the final quotation to them. Before placing the material order they wanted the work which was going on at their site to be finished so Mr.Anil Das postponed it for a month, continuous follow-ups make them happy and we cleared all their doubts about the payment terms and how the work will go smoothly.
After a month he came back to us and asked for the revised quote as the length has increased, and till that time the rate also increased for the metal. As he already told us that he will be taking the material from us so he asked for the old rate, and we gave him the same rate. Mr.Anil placed the order on the same day by doing a 50% advance payment.
After the payment was received, we made one WhatsApp group in which our Material Delivery Dispatch team, Management team, operation, and Customer were added.
We committed to deliver the material in 1 week and same we did without any deviation. Mr.Anil Das was very happy with the product, and after 2 months he again ordered the material for his personal use and he Placed the order by doing the full payment on the same day and we delivered the Material as committed.
