Not necessarily! If you are cultivating cash crops where the chances of thefts or damage by animals is extremely low, it is not necessary to fence your property. In such cases, you should consider fencing only if you feel there is a chance of encroachment by your neighbors.
The answer is NO! Fencing is not your primary revenue generator for your land, so you should look at minimizing the amount you spend on fencing. If you feel fencing is absolutely necessary, you can even consider fencing in a phased manner by spending less in the initial phase of your property. Once your property starts yielding and generating revenue, you can consider upgrading the fence of your property.
