Problem Statement of the customer: Hyderabad L&T Metro and Keolis Mass Transportation team were facing theft and trespassing issues at their metro stations.
How he approached us: First they wanted a fence for a 100rft area on an urgent basis so they contacted us through the website. They choose a concertina coil with an angle option. They approved the quotation and gave us permission to proceed with the order. On-site, there is no support wall or any space to climb and work. We used a boom lift and started work. Another challenge we also faced was that there is no permission to work during the daytime.
We got the work permit at night from 11 pm to 5 am. We allocated a specialized team for night work and completed this project in 2 days. The customer was very happy with the quality and speed of the work. They gave us another order in which they asked for a chainlink frame with a concertina coil option. As it is coming inside the station, passengers will get hurt by the concertina coil so we suggested a chainlink frame with Sharktooth. This option is more cost-effective than the coil and look wise it was good. Like this, we completed all Hyderabad metro stations. They gave us 6 orders continuously and still our relationship is continuing with the L&T Metro and Keolis Mass Transportation companies.
