Problem Statement of the customer: Mr.Siddharth wanted to fence the property from human trespassing issue which was the property of his company. He wanted to do the fence above the boundary wall which was located in Jeypore, district Koraput (Odisha).
How he approached us: They enquired about the fencing materials for security purpose on Justdial,we contacted them and shared the company profile and catalog and even some images of project that we have done all over India.Contacting to them we came to know that they were facing the problem of human trespassing from above the boundary wall,so they wanted to fence with barbed wire with 4 lines .We gave them solution of razor and with 4 lines of RBT wire and not to go with barbed wire.We explained all the difference which will make more effective between installing the coil and barbed wire.
They agreed to go with Razor coil and not with Barbed wire. Mr.Siddharth wanted to go only with materials as he was having the labor and installation team, so we shared the final quotation for the material.
They shared the quotation to Company who was the decision maker,but before starting the fence work they wanted some other work that to be done on that boundary wall so they were planning after one month to do fencing.Continuous follow ups make them happy and we clearing all their doubts about the payment terms and how the work will go smoothly.
They were ok with all our terms and conditions and after one month they decided to place the order and paid advanced payment. After the payment was received, we made one WhatsApp group in which our Material Delivery Dispatch team and Mr.Siddharth were added.
All information about the material, driver number, and vehicle number was shared in the group, and on some days material was received by them. They were very happy with our services.
