Building the Framework: Around the perimeter of the fence, the client had already constructed a beam. To anchor our fencing securely, we attached base plates to vertical posts and then affixed these vertical posts to the beam using the anchor bolt method.

The Challenge: Round Pipes for Verticals and Horizontals: Our client had a particular requirement: they insisted on round pipes for both vertical and horizontal sections of the fencing. However, this posed a unique challenge when it came to fixing the horizontal pipes.

Horizontal posts cannot be attached to round pipes without proper oval cutting. Given that the distance between each vertical post was 10 feet, we had to ensure that every 10-foot interval had three horizontal pipes with oval cutting on both ends. This meticulous process allowed us to securely fix the horizontal pipes between the two vertical posts.

Precision in Action: Oval Cutting and Pipe Fixing: The process of fixing horizontal pipes was intricate. We began by marking the exact positions, followed by precise cutting. Only after this meticulous preparation could we proceed with fixing the horizontal pipes. Proper oval cutting proved to be the key to success, making the installation of horizontal posts a seamless endeavor.

Aesthetic Excellence: PVC Chain Link Installation: With the framework in place, we commenced the PVC chain link installation. Typically, PVC chain links are affixed using self-screws. However, given our client’s desire for a unique and aesthetic appearance, we went a step further. For the first time, we employed 2″ round clamps, adding a touch of elegance to the chain link installation.
