Problem Statement of the customer: Mr. Srinivasan, from Parvathy Institutions, which is a very eminent educational institution in Dindigul District, Tamil Nadu. The client had a requirement for lattice sheet installation at his residence. This was the first lattice installation project in Madurai Branch. The client enquired and got to know about BNI.
How he approached us: As we are part of BNI, one of the BNI people referred Mr. Srinivasan to us. The client wanted lattice for his residence and the purpose for this was security and aesthetic looks. One strange thing about this client was that whenever we had to meet him for anything, an appointment had to be booked. This made it pretty difficult for us to discuss anything related to the site like if any problems faced, stating work progress, payment collections, etc.
Even after being the first lattice installation project, one big difficulty faced the project was the wall type, which was Pyramid in shape, and on top of this, the wall where the installation had to be done was 10 Feet high. This made simple lattice installation also very challenging.
With a wall, that’s 10 ft. high, and wall being Pyramid in shape, plate installation was highly doubtful. Customers wanted to reduce the timeline, but with these challenges, we focused more on the quality of work instead of finishing it early.
Plate installation took the majority of the time, as the solution brought forward for this was by chipping the wall. The plate installation was successfully accomplished, and even the client ignored the timeline and was impressed by the work done.
