Problem Statement of the customer: Mr. Pankaj wants the Fencing material for his agricultural land to protect his crops from cattle, which is located in Narvari Village near Tappal Village in Aligarh District.
How he approached us: They enquired about the fencing materials on INDIAMART, we contacted them and discussed all the problems he is facing on that land, and after listening to the problem we gave the two options Barbed wire with 5 lines and 2 cross lines and Chain Link fence in which we gave 3.5 x 3.5 inches gap size with 3mm thickness. They wanted to stop from small cattle so we suggested chainlink would be the best option amongst the two. They agreed and want to go with Chainlink only.
As they have their own installation team so they wanted only material from us, so we have given the final quotation to them. We cleared all their doubts about the payment terms and transportation costs and delivery time.
They agreed to go with Razor coil and not with Barbed wire. Mr.Siddharth wanted to go only with materials as he was having the labor and installation team, so we shared the final quotation for the material.
They shared the quotation to Company who was the decision maker, but before starting the fence work they wanted some other work that to be done on that boundary wall so they were planning after one month to do fencing. Continuous follow-ups make them happy and we clear all their doubts about the payment terms and how the work will go smoothly.
They agreed and wanted to proceed further, but before moving further to the final decision they wanted material in three days only as they were moving from their location after three days, so we checked for stock available or not, their quantity was very less so we got the ready stock. We tried to supply the material in the given time and informed same to them.
