“Garbage Dumping and Parking Issue on your Plot”,read this case study…..
Problem Statement of the customer: One of our clients Mrs.Varsha has an open land at Uppal in Hyderabad. She used to come late in the night from the office, meanwhile, the plot used to be occupied by neighbor cars, and also garbage dumping on the same plot by neighbor. Everyone is throwing their waste at that site because this plot is located in between residential houses and few people are parking their vehicles.
How they approached us: After a few weeks she realized that she needed fencing for that plot to stop those issues. She has placed the inquiry in Justdial. Justfence got her details so we approached her through the call and asked about the issue they were facing.
Next week is planned for a site visit, as per the discussion regional head attended for the site visit & suggested chain link & Precast. Few discussions went on, finally they selected the precast wall.
We created a WhatsApp group in which our operational team and management team were added, and also Mrs.Varsha was added to the group so that she can observe what is happening on the site. Daily evening, site engineers will post the work updates in the same group.
Within a week we started the work and completed it in just 3 days. Mrs. Varsha’s father felt very happy after seeing the finishing of the precast wall, and the site engineer’s concept was good to handle all the things throughout the project. We just needed only help from their side is only in boundary marking decisions.
Finally, the customer issue got resolved and they are now parking their cars in that plot. She said that she was happy with the work as each rupee she spent on this project because of the hassle-free experience.We delivered what we promised them.
