Adwaith G.N.S. Matric Higher Secondary School, Sowripalayam one of the Schools from Coimbatore approached us for the RCC picket fence. They wanted to fence the front playground area.
We got the direct call in Coimbatore. Ms.Nithya attended this call and she listen to all the inquiries of the customer. Before giving any suggestion or quotation she wanted to visit the site and according to that, she can give the best possible solution. So she planned her day accordingly and did the site visit. After the site visit and getting all information, she gave two option which was RCC Picket and PVC Picket. They chose to go with the RCC picket. The same day they made the advance payment.
After the payment, we created the WhatsApp group where we added the team. We had a plant in Bangalore, where we manufacture the RCC picket. Work status which was going on site is posted in the group so that clients can also have an idea about the work. We manufactured it here and transported the material to Coimbatore. Within a week we started the work and completed the work in 4-5 working days. Customers then required multicolor painting with both sides smooth finish, Mr. Ramesh was the supervisor who understood the client’s requirements on-site.
