Problem Statement of the customer: We received an inquiry from a customer regarding the removal of the existing metal Fencing picket Structure and for new fencing to be installed around the pool area.
The existing picket fence around the swimming pool was completely corroded and collapsed in most places. After visiting the site, we sent the cost for the existing fence removal and for a new fence work proposal to the client.
The structure of the swimming pool is oval in some places, semi-curved and full-curved in some places. A metal structure could not be made using any advanced machinery for bending pipes.
According to the distance between the posts and structures in all horizontal pipes every 9″, 6″, or 1″ was marked to cut the pipes and make the correct structure.
Cutting 2 horizontal posts every few inches and bending the structure to fit the shape of the swimming pool was not an easy job, and after bending the structure we welded all the cut points again, and grinding was also done.
It takes a lot of patience, clarity, and the technical fabrication team required, but it’s not possible to make this type of structure.
After all the fabrication work was done, next we filled all the cutting areas with metal paste and started the painting work to suit the picket fence. After finishing the structural work, we fixed the picket slats at every 3″.They were very happy with our services.
